鸡血藤合加味牵正散治面瘫

 

笔者于临床使用大剂量鸡血藤合加味牵正散，并施针灸疗法治周围性面神经瘫痪，疗效显著。用鸡血菜藤20 克合加味牵正散（白附子、僵蚕、全蝎、地龙、蜈蚣、桑枝、乌梢蛇、麻黄、细辛）煎服，同时配合针刺合谷、内关、太阳、颊车、地仓等穴，每日一次，并将药渣炒热，纱布包敷面部，每日三次。逐日效增。

中医学认为面瘫是由于机体正气内虚，外邪乘虚侵袭面部经脉，导致经络阻滞，气血运行不畅，筋脉失养，气血失和，肌肉迟缓不收。鸡血藤性辛、甘、温，具补血行血、舒筋活血作用。加味牵正散具有祛风化痰、舒筋活络、通脉止痛的作用。药中病机，配合针灸、热敷疗法，标本兼治，故疗效显著。
