中医“萆菟汤”治疗慢性前列腺炎效果极佳！

组成:粉萆薢15克,菟丝子10克,茯苓15克,车前子15克,泽泻10克,牡蛎20克,枸杞子15亮,川续断10克,山药20克,沙苑子10克,丹参20克,石菖蒲3克,黄柏6克,甘草梢3克。

功用:有补肾利湿作用。适用于慢性前列腺炎。

用法:每日1剂,水煎两次,两次药汁混匀,早晚分服。

方解:本方乃根据程钟龄《医学心语》萆分清饮、菟丝子丸之意加减创立。方中萆、菟丝子具有治湿薢不伤阴、补阴而不腻湿之功;茯苓、车前子、泽泻、牡蛎能渗利导湿、分清去浊;川续断、山药、沙苑子、枸杞子具有益肾、填精、滋阴和阳之妙;丹参能活血通络,祛瘀生新;石菖蒲豁痰开窍;黄柏清泄湿火、相火;甘草梢和中解毒而引诸药直达下焦。

按语:萆菟汤组成有益肾、导湿、化痰、豁痰、清火等功效。全方配伍周密精当,除用治慢性前列腺炎外,还用于男性免疫性不育、精索静脉曲张、阳痿、遗精、前列腺增生等,皆有良好效果。

典型病例:宣某某,男,36岁。患者3年来常有会阴部不适,经直肠指诊检查及前列腺液化验,诊断为慢性前列腺炎,屡进中西药物很少见效,近半年来病情加重,且伴性功能减退。现在症状为,会阴及少腹胀痛,尿末时带白浊,性欲虽强,但勃起不能如愿,不耐疲劳,肢倦乏力,舌质红,少苔,舌根黄腻,脉细弦。前列腺液化验:红细胞(+),白细胞(++),脓细胞少量。

直肠指检:前列腺肿大,疼痛。证属本虚标实,其虚在肾,其实应责之湿浊下注,治宜补肾导浊为主。药用:粉萆薢15克、菟丝子10克、茯苓15克、山药20克、泽泻10克、车前子(包)15克、煅龙牡(先入)各20克、丹参20克、熟地10克、山萸肉15克、五味子10克、龟板(先入)20克、黄精10克、枸杞子15克。上方加减,稍事出入,服90余剂,痊愈。
