有这样一种情况,应该有些朋友经历过,腹痛、腹胀、排便困难、有时表现为便秘有时表现为腹泻。如果你的答案是YES,那么你一定觉得很窝火。生活本就不易,怎的拉个粑粑还不让人称心如意?

那么“肠易激综合征”到底是何方妖魔鬼怪呢?

肠易激综合征是常见的胃肠道功能紊乱性疾病,以腹痛或腹部不适,伴排便习惯改变为特征,但很少有肠道器质性病变。中医认为该病的发病及症状的加重与情绪紧张密切相关,忧思恼怒,导致肝气不舒,日久横逆犯脾,脾气渐虚,形成肝脾不和而发病。其病位在肠,表现主要与肝、脾、心有关,肝郁脾虚肠痞是肠易激综合征的主要病机。

那么如果不幸摊上了,到底该怎么治呢?

由于肠易激综合征被认为是世界上对其了解最少的疾病,目前中医并无肠易激综合征病名,中医界多根据临床表现将其归属于"腹痛"、"泄泻"、"便秘"等病的范畴。西医学对肠易激综合征的病因和发病机制也尚不十分清楚,临床治疗还没有找到一套完全有效的治疗方案,亦找不到一种药物可完全有效地治疗肠易综合征。因此目前对肠易激综合征的治疗只限于对症处理。

看到这里你是否不禁想为自己点一首凉凉?只想通畅的拉个粑粑就那么奢侈吗?其实呢,随着现代医学的进步,不管中医还是西医对肠易激综合征还是有对症的治疗的。

肠易激综合征的主要诊断标准有3个

1、腹痛或腹部不适感。疼痛性质多样、程度各异,多见于左下腹部,可伴腹胀,进餐后出现,排便后缓解。

2、排便异常。排便次数每周<3次,或每天>3次。性状为稀便、水样便或干硬便,可带黏液,排便费力或不尽感,也可表现为便秘腹泻交替。

3、肠外症状。可有上消化道症状如烧心、早饱、恶心、呕吐等,也可有其他系统症状如疲乏、背痛、心悸、呼吸不畅感、尿频、尿急、性功能障碍等。

如果你有以上症状且实验室检查结果符合诊疗标准,那么你可能需要及早治疗了。至于选择中医治疗还是西医治疗那就看个人偏好了。

中医根据舌脉辨证,四诊合参将肠易激综合征分为七个证型,分别是脾胃虚弱、肝旺乘脾、脾胃阴虚、脾肾阳虚、寒热互结、肝郁气滞、寒湿内盛。当然,如果你想知道自己属于哪种证型,最好的办法还是去正规中医院就诊,误信非专业人士甚至遇到骗子,除了花光你的金钱榨干你的眼泪,还会延误甚至加重你的病情。

一、脾胃虚弱型

大便时溏时泻,夹杂不消化食物或黏液,稍食油腻或饮食不慎即加重,神疲食少,食后脘闷,舌淡苔白,脉细弱。治以健脾益气、化湿止泻。 

食疗方:党参、生姜、大枣各10克,薏苡仁30克,黄芪15克。将党参、大枣、黄芪、薏苡仁洗净同置砂锅中,加水适量, 武火烧沸后改用文火煮,至薏苡仁熟烂后,下生姜片,再煮5分钟即可服食。早晚佐餐食用,每日1剂。

二、肝旺乘脾型

多因肝气偏盛、横逆犯脾而发病,常在抑郁、恼怒或精神紧张时出现腹痛或腹泻的症状,其腹泻来势比较急迫,泻后痛减;肠鸣矢气,胸胁胀闷,纳食减少,舌淡红,苔白,脉弦。治以抑肝扶脾、健脾除疳。

食疗方:荔枝10枚,扁豆30克。荔枝去壳取肉,与扁豆一起放入砂锅内加水适量,武火煮沸后,改文火煮至熟烂即可,喝汤后吃荔枝肉。每日1~2剂。

三、脾胃阴虚型

症见:大便于结,甚如羊粪状,数日一行,或伴腹痛、腹胀,饥不欲食,口干咽燥,心烦少眠,舌红少苔,脉细数。治以养阴润肠、导滞通便。

食疗方:沙参、麦冬、玉竹、生地各10克。加水煎两次,合并药液,加入少量冰糖,融化后,即可代茶饮用,不拘次数。每日1剂。

四、脾肾阳虚型

症见:黎明前脐腹作痛,肠鸣即泻,完谷不化,形寒肢冷,腰膝酸软,舌淡苔白,脉沉细。治以温补脾肾、固涩止泻。

食疗方:补骨脂15克,猪腰1个。先将猪腰洗净切小块,与补骨脂同入锅内,炖熟后加少许食盐调味即可食用。每日分两次服食,每日1剂。

五、寒热互结型

症见:大便黏而不爽,便意频作,肛门坠胀,腹胀不思食,喜暖喜按,或伴恶心欲呕,口干口苦,舌苔腻而微黄,脉缓滑。治以寒热平调、升清导滞。

食疗方:绿茶5克,干姜3克 (切丝),放入瓷杯中,以沸水冲泡,趁热频服,早晚各1剂。

六、肝郁气滞型

多因肝气郁结气机不畅而发病,常有腹痛闷胀,或两胁肋痛,或频繁排气的症状,并伴有腹痛腹泻,排便先难后易,大便常呈团块状。治以清肝解郁、健脾益气。

食疗方:茯苓20克,陈皮15克,小米50克。先将茯苓研成细粉,然后与陈皮共置锅中,和小米同煮成粥食用,每日1剂。

七、寒湿内盛型

症见:腹痛肠鸣,受寒加重,大便清稀,甚如水样,手足不温或呕吐清水,食欲不振,舌苔白腻,脉缓。治以散寒除湿、温里止泻。

食疗方:姜1~3克,高良姜3~5克,大米50克。 姜、高良姜加水煎煮,取汁去渣,再加米共煮,粥成后少量服食,逐渐加量,早晚各1次,每日1剂。

生活中要这么做

个人在生活中应积极调整个人的情绪,经常保持乐观豁达及稳定的情绪,提高社会心理适应能力,以应对各种应激情况,针对这种由心理压力引起的肠道疾病,不要只顾工作,应该多参加一些户外活动,和亲朋好友聊聊天,懂得适当地给心情放假,给内心解压。

保证足够的睡眠,规律的作息时间,睡前温水泡脚,按摩腹部,不饮咖啡、酒等兴奋性的饮料。

必要时戒除烟酒,避免从事令人兴奋的活动,加强身体锻炼,增强体质,选择既能长期坚持又有益于身体的有氧运动。

饮食上避免进食冷、辛辣刺激性食物,减少煎、炸食物;避免含有大量不易吸收的碳水化合物的食物,包括脂肪、小麦及含麸质食物如面包、面条及其他面粉制品、苹果、梨子、李子、玉米、燕麦、马铃薯等;避免喝碳酸饮料;控制海鲜、甜牛奶等有可能导致腹泻的食物摄入,少量多餐。

对于患有肠易激综合征的朋友,除了中医调理以外,还要尽量让自己保持心态平和,学会控制自己的情绪。
